The first week of October means only one thing to may people who live in Hull…. Hull Fair. This fair is known to be one of Europe’s largest travelling fairs with a history of taking place for over 80 years. Every year I have marvelled at the photo’s that people place on social media, the colour, the lights and composition and wanted to take that one step further. This year i did just that, the image you see was taken on the first night of the fair but why has it been such a mad week?? Because, the Hull Fair social feeds picked up on my picture and asked to use it. Of course i agreed, in a little over 72 hours this image had over 250k impressions on facebook alone, all with the fantastic exposure of me and my work. A massive thank you to everyone who saw the image, liked the image and even shared the image.
